'DREAM' stands for Dubbo Regional Entertainment Arts and Music. The DREAM Festival is an annual showcase of entertainment, theatre, dance, visual arts, music and outdoor events presented during October in Dubbo, NSW.

Established by the Dubbo community in 2010, and first staged in 2011, which included the Taronga Western Plains Zoo 'Zoo Grooves' annual event.

The DREAM Festival works with local community organisations, schools and the arts community to help showcase an artist program of events. We are committed to bring Dubbo an exciting festival for everyone to enjoy.

The DREAM Festival is a not-for-profit organisation run by a committee of community volunteers.
